ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this agreement, www.arevga.com web site owner and responsible of the SELLER and the above mentioned web site with the sales price of the product / products ordered by the electronic environment between the CUSTOMER, Law No. 4822 Amended Consumer Protection and Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Contracts It covers the determination of mutual rights and obligations in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles of Implementation.

ARTICLE 4 - GENERAL PROVISIONS AND CONDITIONS

4-A) In order to make purchases from arevga.com where the SELLER is the owner and responsible, it is necessary to be at least 18 years old and confirmation of this agreement means that the CUSTOMER confirms that it is over 18 years old.

4-B) The SELLER reserves the right to change any content (price, visual and other information) published on arevga.com without prior notice.

4-C) SELLER, arevga.com is not responsible for the price and content of typesetting and system errors and reserves the right to cancel orders related to these errors.

4-D) CLIENT declares that he has read and informed the preliminary information about the basic characteristics, sales price and payment method and delivery of the product / products on arevga.com and that he has given the necessary approval in electronic environment.

4-E) SELLER, the product / products subject to the contract, provided that the customer does not exceed the legal 30-day period for each product, the address of the customer's residence address or the delivery of the address depending on the distance specified in arevga.com CUSTOMER or the person or organization at the address shown. is obliged to deliver.

4-F) If the product / products subject to the contract are to be delivered to another person / organization other than the CUSTOMER, the SELLER cannot be held responsible for not accepting the delivery.

4-G) SELLER does not have any responsibility for the product that is ordered to be delivered to the CUSTOMER due to any problems faced by the organization / company undertaking the distribution service during the delivery of the product (s) to the CUSTOMER.

4-H) The SELLER is obliged to deliver the contracted product (s) intact, complete, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order and with the product certificates.

4-I) If the product price is not paid by the CUSTOMER for any reason or canceled in the bank records, the SELLER shall be deemed exempt from the obligation to deliver the product.

4-J) In case the bank or financial institution does not pay the price of the product / products to the SELLER after the delivery of the product (s) due to unfair or unlawful use of the CUSTOMER's credit card or similar payment card by unauthorized persons without the CUSTOMER's fault, Provided that the CUSTOMER has been delivered to him, it is obligatory to send the product (s) to the SELLER within 3 days at the transportation cost of the CUSTOMER.

4-K) In order to process the order placed by CUSTOMER via arevga.com, payment must be made corresponding to the order amount. The order is finalized and processed as soon as the payments made via credit card, money order or EFT are forwarded to the SELLER accounts.

4-L) For orders placed by CUSTOMER via bank transfer or EFT, the SELLER has the right to cancel the order in case the payment is not realized within 1 week.

4-M) In cases where it is not possible to produce and / or supply the products offered by the SELLER on arevga.com, the CUSTOMER is informed by the shortest way (e-mail / telephone) and the total amount collected for the product / products is paid through the same payment method. (credit card, wire transfer or EFT).

4-N) If the SELLER cannot deliver the contracted product (s) due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances (fire, flood, earthquake, etc.) within the specified period, it is obliged to inform the CUSTOMER. In such a case, the CUSTOMER may exercise one of the rights to cancel the order, to replace the equivalent product (s), if any, or to postpone the delivery until the obstruction is eliminated. If CUSTOMER cancels the order, the total amount collected for the product (s) will be returned to the CUSTOMER through the same payment method (credit card, wire transfer or EFT).

ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

5-A) CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw within 7 days from the delivery of the contracted product / products to the person or organization at the address indicated in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 4822 and the Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Seller shall be notified by e-mail, telephone or fax within 7 days and shall not be included in the definition of products in which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in accordance with the provisions of Article 6. The SELLER reserves the right not to accept the returns made to the CUSTOMER without any notification.

5-B) In order for the CUSTOMER to benefit from the right of withdrawal, the order sent to him by the SELLER shall be returned to the SELLER under the same conditions and in a complete manner (product, product box, product certificate, invoice, delivery note and all other elements that come with the order). The VAT and the other legal obligations of the product (s), if the original invoice is not sent by the CUSTOMER, are not refundable. The product price is returned to the CUSTOMER within 7 days following the receipt of the documents returned to the SELLER.

5-C) SELLER is not responsible for any deficiencies, losses or damages during the return shipment process. The transportation cost of the product returned using the right of withdrawal shall be covered by the SELLER.

ARTICLE 6 - PRODUCTS THAT THE RIGHT OF JUSTICE CANNOT BE USED

With the changes made on the standard products offered for sale at arevga.com based on the CUSTOMER request, the products that have a different character, the rings produced according to the CUSTOMER's finger size, the products written on gold, precious metal or precious stone parts according to CUSTOMER's request. CUSTOMER can not use the right of withdrawal in products which are manufactured in line with the special requests of the CUSTOMER and made special to the customer.

ARTICLE 7 - AUTHORIZED COURTS

Until the value announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Consumer Arbitration Committees and the Consumer Courts in the settlement of the CUSTOMER or SELLER shall be authorized in the implementation of this agreement.

In the event of an order, CUSTOMER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
